Hi, I am Roxanne St. Clair, and in 2001 I made a decision that would change the direction of my life.

After 15 years of leading a corporate life, with excellent benefits and international travel, I decided to take my accounting and business experience and set up my own enterprise. I began working with owner run businesses as a freelance Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Initially, I helped to set up offices, ensuring that the right systems and programs for the business were installed, recruit staff, and more. Eventually, a key part of my role became coaching. Looking back, this is no surprise, because listening is one of my core skills, which has made it easy for me to work with staff, ranging from CEOs to juniors. This is a skill that I share with my clients to enable them to be better leaders. I call it the Listen, Learn, Lead approach.

I am a practical, solutions focussed High Performance and Leadership Coach who takes an holistic approach to achieving lasting results. I work with business owners and executives in businesses with multiple 6 and 7 figure turnovers, and up to 30 employees. I help to equip my clients with the tools and resources that reveal untapped potential.  My motto is to keep things simple, so I help to create effective systems that make businesses run with greater efficiency. In an era where being overworked is fast becoming the norm, I help leaders who care to develop plans that enable them to strategically create a more inclusive working environment where team members can thrive.

I have won a few awards over the years. I am also a wife, mother of two, Author, certified Professional Scrum Master, certified Transformational Coach, Advanced Ho’oponopono Practitioner, International Speaker and Trustee. I have been featured in national magazines, appeared on radio and TV both in the UK and the Caribbean. I do what I do because I love possibilities, when I can help someone to take a seed of an idea from their head and help them to formulate and strategise to turn that idea into something tangible it is one of the most rewarding experiences.
